I so want this app to be good
This app is a shocker. Graphically, functionally, it’s not even a WAP standard. Needs a complete rebuild by a proper app developer with ground up new ui/ux.
Come on guys, if you’re going to have an app, make it one people love: need to be able to book, alter booking, cancel booking, make a section for account holders as well as cash bookers, allow managing account info and settings through the app. If I’m abroad and flying to the UK and want to book a car, it’s really not easy. For instance if I’m in Singapore, it thinks I want picking up there. Not at all intelligent or user friendly. I’m really surprised it’s allowed on the App Store at all.
Useless
Oh dear. Has potential but all my bookings via the app arrive 15 minutes late. It’s not always convenient to call so this was a good idea but so poorly executed.
I’d say stick to calling them.
