Why has nobody done this before?
I bought my first home a few years ago and bought all the surveys. When I bought my last house I was more careful but still spent about £1,000 on a survey that turned out I didn’t need. This app for £30 has given me more than either of those surveys did. So pleased I found it when I did!
Easy guide
I used the app as I am looking to buy my first property. Surveyors were quite expensive so decided to give Surveyshack a go, and glad I did! It was really informative and easy to use giving step by step guidance all the way through. Definitely recommend if you want to get a good, overall idea of a property without the expense of a traditional surveyor.
