When we bought our house we paid for a level 2 survey that cost about £400, but we should have just used this app! We decided to use this really in-depth fun survey to monitor the health of our house to plan for any improvements we need to make. The app is really in-depth but the steps and questions you answer are super easy to understand and it provides so much information to help if you are unsure. It only took about 2 hours and I learned a lot about our home and noticed and so much about it. It was also really fun to go around and survey the home!Really amazing app and definitely worth the price!

I used Survey Shack when buying my new home, having previously spent £1,500+ on traditional surveys. This gave me the same valuable insights for a fraction of the cost!The process was simple, I followed the instructions, took my time, and found the recommended tools helpful but not essential.The report was detailed, flagged key issues, and matched what I got from expensive surveys. I bought my first home a few years ago and bought all the surveys. When I bought my last house I was more careful but still spent about £1,000 on a survey that turned out I didn’t need. This app for £30 has given me more than either of those surveys did. So pleased I found it when I did!

I used the app as I am looking to buy my first property. Surveyors were quite expensive so decided to give Surveyshack a go, and glad I did! It was really informative and easy to use giving step by step guidance all the way through. Definitely recommend if you want to get a good, overall idea of a property without the expense of a traditional surveyor.

I found this app incredibly helpful whilst currently going through the process of buying and selling. As someone with very little knowledge, this is very informative, extremely detailed and easy to use. Would highly recommend for any one going through the house buying/selling process to use this product!

I downloaded survey shack whilst buying a flat. The survey quotes were expensive and my partner and myself decided to opt for carrying out a self survey using this app. The format was easy to navigate and understand and the report was extremely informative.
