BEWARE of booking PCR tests with this app
I cannot believe I am expending anymore energy on the situation, but Swan is the most unprofessional service that I have ever encountered when it comes to PCRs.
We initially booked an express PCR (to get within 14-16 hours). Thankfully I didn’t book it for a FLIGHT as I just needed it to enter the expo. I say thus because it didn’t arrive within the allocated time frame, when we clearly paid EXTRA to receive it in time. It doesn’t end there unfortunately. After this horrible service, and after incessantly messaging them and calling them and fighting with them, we finally received the results way after the time frame. After this, we said we needed to be refunded for the terrible service.
They didn’t agree to refund us for the entire price, but just the difference between the regular and express. We were considerate enough to agree. Unfortunately for us though, it has been way over 10 days and we have NOT received the refund!!!!!!!!!!!! They keep lying and telling us that it’s being “processed”. They absolutely over complicate matters. Do NOT book with them as it will not be a simple process. Avoid at all costs.
Worst Application & Management In Dubai
What a disgrace, booked my 70 year old mother a hair trim the lady arrives and says i cant cut this type of hair! Mind you her hair is as short as a mans hair she literally just needed a trim! Nevermind they send someone the next day, the lady arrives and says to my mum you need pay 83 dhs more or I will not start the service. A british lady called to confirm payment before starting the hair trim which took 10 mins and forgot to hang up the phone and said to the operator “DO NOT START THE SERVICE TILL THEY PAY” do you really think I wont pay extra for my 70 year old mother an additional 83 dhs on top of the 127 dhs I initially paid on the app??? Complete scam and rip off. Im deleting the app I do not recommend them based on their service and management and incompetence of sending the right staff to begin with!
