I deposited 30 pound and had a 30 pound bonus I won altogether 380 pound which is apparently a bonus balance all of 380 including the money I had some woman told me to cancel the bonus balance I did so and lost all of the 380 pound they have robbed my money and everything I earned even robbed my 30 pound I deposited to the site I will be taking them to court for this as no reply from anywhere I have emailed chatted even used Facebook and no response from then as usual they are scammers and will rob you dry I will make sure they get a court date for this incident because I have proof luckily enough

10 days after documents and still no money.
Im only writing this because I'm unable to get response either email or the app chat function. I have heard anything back in 4 days. I asked to withdraw £1000 over 10 days ago, it’s processing apparently. Then I was asked for documents, which I provided immediately. Still, swift casino said it will up to a week to wire. I never asked for a wire transfer. But ok as long as I get it eh? The quickly paid the rest of my winnings. But for some reason I’ve been allowed to be a little lucky but not that lucky. I have all the screenshots of the withdrawal status and the app still saying I’m owed the money. But as yet, no money when the FAQ’s say it shouldn’t take more than 7 days. Ruined an experience I was enjoying. Over what? A grand? I would’ve probably have spent more than that playing it.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I have been trying now for 7 weeks to make a withdrawal of £170. I have uploaded all the necessary documentation to be verified and everything comes back rejected. The same documents i have used on several other sites without a problem. The worst part about it is the lack of customer service. No one is replying to me or letting me know what the problem is or helping me to do what is required. I have raised the problem directly with swift casino & also through the resolver website. My next step is to go to the Ombudsman. They are very quick to let you make deposits however withdrawals appear to be impossible. DO NOT USE !!!
