Can’t access my data

I am unable to see anything in the app once I’m logged in. I can see blank home page and blank messages. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times now and it is not working. Pretty useless.

Following recent upgrade to IOS 26 the attendance page fails to load completely. Hopefully this can be resolved soon as I use this daily when coaching.

Tried again to see if app updated. Still need website or else almost missed a gala booking that doesn’t show, nor do payments etc. Will be deleting.

Developer Response
We're currently testing a new version of the app with more functionality and are planning on replicating all the web functionality in the mobile app. If you are still having issues logging in then you can reset your password using the forgotten password link on the website - the login details will definitely be the same for the mobile app and the web site.If you can contact us we’d be happy to help.

Used to be able to view everything and do entries but not invoices. Now not working, won’t load, just spins. Deleted and reinstalled and it’s blank!!!

Updated member details brings qualifying and times charts to the mobile app. You can now also sign up for training sessions directly within the app. And we've improved the overall experience to make the app easier to use.
