Great reader

Looks and functions like an iOS 7 app. Also has a lot of options.

It would be 5 stars if some if these could be implemented:
- pull down to refresh
- go back once you mark all as read
- include an iOS 7 colour scheme

Some of the help isn't that useful like the tap on side.
