Seemed to work fine for me

I don’t understand all the negative reviews that have been given to this app. As we all know app development isn’t as easy as it may seem. We should encourage the developers and help them with problems we are facing so that these can be improved and we can all enjoy the app as we intent to.

I used this app to remind myself with some basic linear algebra. Seemed to work absolutely fine. Reading other review it shows that more work needs to be done but for me it worked out the eigenvalues and eigenvectors without any problems. I haven’t used the step by step solutions as I only double checked my answers. Would’ve been 5 stars but I haven’t used all the features yet to really understand the usefulness of the app :)

Scam?

Starting to think I’m being scammed, made an account when I was in university studying maths to help me when studying and found it useful and when it came to the harder questions it required a subscription of $1.99 so I thought why not, it was very helpful, now it’s a year or so later and I go to cancel it as I’ve not used it in months and don’t need it anymore to find the website isn’t working on my laptop and if I want on my account on my phone I need to download the app? So I download then every time I try to log in to my account it says “check connection” even though my connection is fine, I’m definitely putting in the right password but it’s not letting me on meaning there’s no way for me to cancel the subscription although it’s not a lot of money I’d rather it not leave my account for something I do not have a need to use, I’ve never had a problem with logging in the full time I had an account so I don’t understand why all of a sudden I’m unable to access something that I’m paying for.

I do A level maths and sometimes I have no idea what I’m doing.

I was doing homework and really needed some help.

I saw this app and decided to download it on a whim.

Not only did I get answers to questions that I can’t find answers anywhere else, but I only had to pay £2.50 a months for it to tell me the method?

It’s honestly amazing. As soon as I had my next maths class I was telling everyone about it. Seriously, I even told people who don’t do maths and wouldn’t need a calculator for any reason.

It’s really easy for me to get lost in class so if things are going too fast, after class I’ll put in the question, and I’ll get a step by step guide on how to answer it, telling me things I need to know for the question (e.g. I was confused on a question and it told me I needed the product rule, and it suddenly made so much sense).

It helps with my homework but it’s also just a really good way for me to revise. I can check if my answer was right, and if it was wrong, where I went wrong and how to fix it next time.

I need Symbolab to come up with merch or something so instead of spouting about it to everyone I can just be an advocate with a tshirt.
