Great app TC
Booked a cab to Birmingham Airport a few weeks ago. I ordered the night before as it was a early flight & right from the start it was as simple as anything to do. Also, it allows to to follow your cab as it travels to your pick up so you know his location & rough arrival time - SIMPLIFYING TAXI TRAVEL
From good to bad
Been using the app for sometime now but the service is now terrible with cars not arriving on time and some not arriving at all. Some drivers don’t know where they are going and ignore their sat navs and take longer routes. The surcharge on the meter seems to be different every time you use them. Going to try A2b cars to see if they are better.
