It’s like therapy in between my therapy sessions!!

Ive been absolutely loving Talk it Out! I've been using it every day for a few weeks now, and I'm definitely going to keep using it.

I attend therapy weekly and my therapist often advises me to jot down my moods, thoughts, and feelings throughout the week so we can discuss them in our sessions. Talk it Out has made this whole process incredibly quick and easy. It's been such a helpful tool for monitoring how I'm feeling. Plus, when I find myself unsure about why I'm feeling a certain way, Talk it Out really helps me dig deeper and gain insights.

Honestly, it's been a total game changer for me, and I can't recommend it enough!

Love this app!

Since I started using Talk it Out I’ve noticed two things. Firstly, I get much less frustrated in day to day life when stressful situations pop up. Now when something happens I’ll usually vent about it in the app for a minute or two and really like a weight has been lifted. Secondly, I feel like I am much more aware of what I am feeling in general. Instead of just vague uneasy feelings in my stomach I’m getting better at digging into what I am actually feeling and what could be causing it. Overall I feel happier and more free, I hope I can keep my journalling going in the long run!

I stumbled upon this app and it has completely transformed my approach to mental health. The app's intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to use, even for someone like me who's not tech-savvy. The guided prompts are thought-provoking and have helped me dive deeper into my thoughts and feelings. The variety of topics keeps things fresh and prevents journaling from becoming monotonous.
