Terrible service
Pre-booked a taxi for a certain time and they got my taxi wrong and it never showed up then when I rang the operator they wanted me to pay for 2 cars and asked us to wait another 20minutes absolutely outrageous! Was recommended by family and this is what happens to new customers?! Will never be using this firm again!!
Misleading waiting times and tracking
This app is great when it works and a taxi comes quickly, but too often the expected waiting times for a taxi are extremely misleading. The app can show drivers very close by, within 5-8 minutes away, but lately I've been waiting 30 minutes or more for a taxi, and often had to find an alternative way to get to the station to catch a train (or missed my train).
It doesn't seem to be very intelligent either - I'll often get assigned a taxi that is 10-15 minutes away when there are many showing up on the map 2-5 minutes away!
Also when a taxi has picked up the job, the tracking information is inaccurate - it lags behind, but bizarrely a message will come through saying the driver has arrived when in fact they are still a few minutes away.
I wish there was a better alternative. If I can get an Uber, I will, as they're so much more reliable, which is a shame as I'd rather support local business.
Terrible.
Recently i am waiting over an hour sometimes for a taxi. Not only that the app will tell you that someone is on their way and then change to a different taxi making the wait even longer. This happened to me 4 times this morning.
It makes me late for work.
I have been ordering my taxi at 7am to set off at 7:50 but even now they are getting later than that. Very annoying.
Another thing they all of a sudden cant find my address which iv never had a problem with before so i’ been having to walk to the taxi’s about 5 mins away.
