***Update*** It's been fixed!!!!! All those who've had problems, delete and reinstall the app as the latest update, a day old as of 15th January 2020, seems to have fixed the problem (at least for me on iPhone SE with iOS 13.3.1). This makes it a five star app for me! Hooray!!!! The hoverboard is now loads quicker in 'advanced' mode. Awesome!

This app simply doesn't work. It generally crashes without even opening. Someone's it opens for a couple of seconds before crashing. I've got bang up to date iOS running on iPhone SE. For me the issue isn't so much the lack of music streaming (though that's annoying); it's more the fact that the hoverboard has 'Beginner', 'Intermediate' and 'Advanced' modes which can only be controlled by the app. Once my daughter has mastered riding it, will it always be stuck in the (presumably slower) 'Beginner' mode? It's seriously making me consider sending back the otherwise excellent hoverboard.

Bought this for my sons 10th birthday and sat here on the morning of his birthday and imagine the disappointment when the APP that controls the board does not work. As others have said, it downloads and then crashes every time you try and opening it.

I don’t know what settings are default on the APP as I simply can’t open the thing.

Wish I would of read the reviews before buying - the board is going back on Monday.

Like most other reviewers I was also getting no further than the “please turn on the scooter” screen in the app. I was just about to give up and return the hoverboard then realised you simply need to swipe left at the “please turn on the scooter” screen in the app to continue with the set up!!

After doing so the app works perfectly! 🙄😁
