This app crashes all the time on newer iPhones as others have said. It seems to happen on iPhone XR and above. Maybe it doesn’t like Face ID? The design UI is archaic and unclear. It does not support the screen resolution of the newer iPhones and is slow to load. Also who on earth designed an app where in order to book a holiday You have to tell me the system what you cannot work in hours that week rather than just select the start and end date of your holiday! This is just design nonsense! In summary this app is designed to make it easier for employees to organise their lives and get their schedule. It doesn’t. In fact it makes the mangers lives harder inputting colleague requests manually into another terrible piece of back end software because the store colleagues have all figured out that life is too short to bother dealing with this terrible app!

Surely we could have developed an app that won’t crash even before it can load up. Might as well go back to the past when rotas were printed and put on the wall.

PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!
As other comments say any model iPhone after X seems to crash. Believe it’s a Face ID issue and this has been happening for nearly a year. But come on, We help everyone enjoy amazing technology? Please help your staff and colleagues first. We need the basic tools to do our jobs and have them available at ease. Yet this is something which we can’t have...

So as many of the reviews seem on this app. It functions as a basic tool to check your rota and as that it's doing its job.

But as many reviews have pointed out the app crashes if face ID is used on anything newer than the original iPhone X. It's probably about time you hit up the app dev and fixed this issue. As it's been present for nearly a year.

Don't think fixing this clear issue is too much to ask.
