Cannot use it?!

Can’t use this app - set up profile, all good to go minus the verification of my identity where the app crashes and closes every single time.

Support were hopeless “what system / software are you using?” - hardly the answer when the app crashes, make it so it works rather than telling me to use a different device? I only use this handset so not going to just go and buy another one, or lug around my laptop where it’s also not letting me log in at all, just so I can use tasker?

Really disappointing.

Worst Support team ever

I downloaded this app as I was introduced by a buddy, I downloaded the client one instead of the Tasker one. Created an account and found it wasn’t the right one. So I spoke to my buddy and he showed me the right one to download. When creating the account I met some issues like the app wasn’t working. Tried creating the account but couldn’t because it says my email has been used, so I tried creating another and another before I finally got the account. Mind you only one was working and not the rest of it. I couldn’t get a job so a friend introduced me to his company that wants me to get some job done for them and they’ll book it in the app if I send them my details. I reached out to the support team and nothing was done. Just after that my account was deactivated by them saying I breached their terms and conditions. Can you imagine the nonsense knowing it’s on their end and not mine.
Until today I have worked for this company for free and won’t be paid because I don’t have my account anymore.
I have been contacting their customer support team but they’ll rather say they’ll escalate it to policy team it’s not their job. It’s been over 2 months now they don’t respond to my mail.
Worst customer service and the app isn’t all that. Please be mindful before you get into it.

One of the core issues I’ve experienced is a significant lack of genuine, human-like interaction. The communication has become increasingly mechanical, resulting in a sense of isolation rather than connection. This stark emotional disconnect has contributed to feelings of frustration and even depression over the years.

If you're seeking authentic engagement or meaningful interaction, this platform is not the solution. While AI has its strengths, in this case, the limitations outweigh any benefits. I no longer feel comfortable or motivated to continue on a platform that leaves me feeling more frustrated than fulfilled.
