Made by amateurs!
One of the worst apps ever! No UI/UX knowledge! When connected to eMAG account it doesn’t recognize the address on the account. It forces you to accept the one their stupid out of date google maps has! And if you have the luck of somehow get an order through (especially from restaurants) they do not deliver outside of 1km radius from a city center, even if you want to pay for delivery! This clearly has been created by a bunch of amateurs who probably did 1 month programming course! RIDICULOUS! This app should not be allowed to exist! I hope Foodpanda or Takeaway (at least for food orders) makes this app redundant soon.
For the CTO of eMAG- change your delivery partner if you want to make money and have satisfied customers.
Avoid if you’re hungry
Just don’t use Tazz if you actually plan on having food delivered – having the order cancelled after the delivery deadline has passed seems to be a regular occurrence. It’s just unfathomable how the customer has to contact Tazz customer services, when automated systems could easily detect such a condition. And then you don’t get any explanation or solution, you’re simply left hungry. I pity the people having to speak to customers in my situation, but it’s the company’s fault. Oh, and this has never happened to me with the competitors, and I use them just as frequently.
