Easy peasy
Simple to use. Had no problem with the app. Buying tickets through the app was fairly straightforward, and timings were accurate. The transport system in Bordeaux is excellent and the app made getting around easy.
Recommend App for RWC Travel Does Not Work
Same issue as reported elsewhere. This is the recommend app to use public transport in Bordeaux and handy for this weekends Rugby World Cup games.
Well designed, simple registration form to create an account.
Then, a message appears saying ‘email address already exists.’
I haven’t been to Bordeaux for years and certain I’ve never registered for an account.
Anyway tried password reset.
No response.
Thinking account registration is linked to Fr domains?
Pretty useless for visitors arriving from outside France.
Impossible to create a new account
For any email address, the app says an account already exists. Requesting a new password doesn’t work. Utterly useless. Contacted them but received no reply.
