Description
Explore unreal synthesis with the most unique performance control on iOS! TC-Performer presents a multi-touch performance environment unlike any other synthesizer. Simply touch the screen; there are no buttons, keys, or sliders to hit. The sounds are generated entirely by your touch movements.
Each patch has a unique method of control. Pull, tap, drag, twist, and stretch your touches on the screen. There is no wrong way to play! Every instrument is a new landscape of sound creation. Pads, leads, effects, and indescribable oddities await.
You can download more patches in packs inside the app. There is also a transposition section available to change the key of the patch to fit your song, and Audiobus compatibility to record via inter-app audio.

Why do I not like...
...many things? But this 'thing' with not being able to directly connect with real music is a problem with many of us. And with this app that's the problem. But get over this music app bigotry and you'll probably love it.
Beautiful Instrument
This is a wonderfully sounding, very expressive and intuitive instrument. Add this to a host app e.g. AUM - along with reverb, echo, sequencer inter-apps…etc. and it opens new doors for a really beautiful and immersive-sounding, spatial experience. I’ve only just downloaded this, along with the all-in, in-app purchase and believe me - it’s absolutely well worth it! After downloading this on my iPad, it was simultaneously added to my phone. I was playing on both pad and phone with the Huygens Bells patch and was blown away. The smallest movements allow for melodic control of notes and hence very playable. Our creativity’s only limited by our imagination! Well done Devs, I sincerely hope you keep making more apps. Kind Regards🫡
Astonishing!
The marriage of interface to sounds is unsurpassed in my experience. Intuitive, physical, inspiring. Looking forward to playing with this in a live improvised context. One request - I would love it if you could change patches while remaining on the main screen so that you can keep playing, wouldn't mind if it caused an audio glitch as it changed patches. Makes me realise I "need" an iPad.
