Te Araroa - The Trail App provides useful information to guide thru hikers along the Te Araroa trail. Users will be able to view official trail notes, maps, elevation, campsites, huts, and offline topo maps without cell phone coverage.

We want you to have a safe hike so it's important for you to understand this app is not a safety tool. It does not replace the proper safety equipment (Notes, Maps, PLB, etc...) and is not a substitution for proper preparation for the Te Araroa trail. It's your responsibility to be prepared. I have downloaded this app several times now as the functionality of the app did not work. I checked to see if there was a update version which there is to fix app bugs. Now the app only shows the maps and nothing else I am due to do the TA next few weeks. This app is not reliable I have the latest update on my iPhone You can’t contact anyone Disappointed
