What happened?
Was working fine for the last 3/4 weeks, then an update today and stopped, can’t login, can’t do anything, uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working! Keeps saying network error, the bulb was bought for my daughters room now it’s too bright for when she goes to bed and I can’t turn it down!! Absolute rubbish! Even before when I go on the app it always says the opposite to what the bulb is on anyway, think I may just send the bulb back for a refund and get a different 1, definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!
Network error
I’m finding this app keeps giving a ‘network error’. Initially it works fine and with Alexa but after a while it’s non responsive and I have the network issue again. I have deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times. I’m not using 5ghz broadband WiFi
This app needs an update. My house is full of smart lights, plugs and strips and they never drop out using either: eWeLink, magic home or SmartLife.
App failure
I don’t find these bulbs very good or should i say the app. I have had them nearly a year and the app has crashed 4 times where it won’t log me in or the app and Alexa aren’t working with each other . And again now Alexa can’t find lamps again cause it’s thrown me out again and I will have to delete app and re add it again. A lot of hassle
