City of Newton, 2087. Genetic engineering is the norm, the addictive Trance has replaced almost any need for human interaction, and an omnipresent AI named Central powers the city.
CEL agents Charlie Regis and Max Lao are investigating a serial Mindjacker who is tapping into the neural wiring of seemingly ordinary citizens, stealing their knowledge and leaving them dead. An agoraphobic net addict named Latha Sesame might be the next target. But when Charlie's past comes back to haunt him, he and his partner find themselves on opposite sides of the law, with Latha’s fate in the crossfire.

PC Gamer - "An old school point-and-click adventure with a captivating story, strong characters, and a rich, well-realised sci-fi setting." 80%
Rock, Paper, Shotgun - "Set in a semi-dystopian future, the game features multiple protagonists exploring a tale of genetic engineering, AI overseers, mysterious mind-hacking murders, and overlapping online and offline worlds. It is, in that sense, delightfully pulp sci-fi. But it's also a delicate story of individuals, personal struggles, and most of all, a nuanced approach to complex future-worries."
Adventure Gamers - "Technobabylon is a beautiful, compelling game that fans of the cyberpunk genre will devour" 4/5
GameSpot - "When the going gets tough, the tough sometimes take a fishing pole and start fishing in a bloody Jacuzzi stuffed with a mutilated body. That's, at least, the lesson you learn in Technobabylon, a point-and-click adventure that's set in 2087 in a city where a powerful AI controls and observes all." 8/10
I loved this game, the story is so imaginative. It’s like Black Mirror mixed with Bladerunner! I was looking for a point and click game that was as good as the old Lucasarts ones - this is very different, but I loved it. The character development and character art is especially awesome. It was great to see lots of interesting female characters, different ethnicities and sexualities. It made the story more realistic and interesting. Thank you Wadjeteye, excited for the next game release!
Great game

I play any/every point n click adventure game I can get my hands on since the 90s.This is up there with the best. Personally the story is a bit too science fiction for my taste and same with the puzzles - too much trial and error working various systems / gadgets etc. However the story is a true epic, superbly written and what seems like a set up for a sequel at the end..... If you like Beneath a Steel Sky back in the day or you have enjoyed some of Wadjet Eyes games and feel like a bit more of a challenge - this is the game for you.
Sooo excited!

Wadget eye is the best of the best. I get so excited over a new game, I love that they're so logical, wading through walkthroughs can ruin the fun of games and I never have to with these games, I'm only 5 mins in and have managed to leave my room so yay for me lol 😂 I'm already dreading the end of the game, please wadget eye hurry up with the next one hahaha! What did you say......you've only just released this one....I'm not impatient at all 😝

Cant move the remote droid pass the corridor to unlock the cell. It only reacts to doors and move inside office. iPhone 6s Plus iOS 10.3.3 iPad Pro 12.9 iOS 10.2 and iPhone x iOS 11.3.Did you test the game? Can you please fix the bug? It's unacceptable to release a port in that state!Had to reload the game from previous save file and it worked. Can you please update your games for iPhone X screen. It’s really tiny and stopping me from downloading dark bundle because none of the games are updated. Cheers
