Description
OmniByte TechPro is mobile workforce application for commercial and residential field service organizations in industries including specialty contracting, HVAC, mechanical contracting, fire & safety protection and other asset-centric industries where uptime of the equipment is critical, and maintenance and repairs are performed in the field.
TechPro is designed to be Field Service Management (FSM) software and ERP independent allowing clients to use it with their existing or future business solutions to maximize workflow and efficiency while managing customer work orders, contracts, warranties, parts, and time and expense entry.

Version 2310.3.43
The Revision History page now displays revisions made to the new 2310.3 features.
Appointments can be submitted without a caption tag on attachments.
Issues when deleting or saving a form are resolved.
Issues with renamed fields are resolved.
Item description updates in Dynamics GP are updated in TechPro and no longer are dropped from item lookups.
Items with descriptions over 31 characters no longer cause posting errors.
