Okay so I do really like this app but there’s not a comment section anywhere to leave feedback so I gotta do it on here I’m sorry ☹️ A few tips for improvement: 1. Allow an option for allow options for time periods of savings e.g. many people get paid every 2 or 4 weeks so work out their savings that way so would be helpful if when saying how much you can save, you can say “I can save £200 every 4 weeks” instead of trying to guess an approximate for it in months without setting too high a target for some months. 2. Make it more obvious where you can update how much you’ve saved I.e. on the homepage because atm it’s in what looks like the settings side 3. Add in the tool to see what % of your goal you’ve saved so far from what your target is and what you’ve said you’ve got in savings Sorry if it seems annoying, love love the app, especially the features of property area pricing and house style pricing, but would love to see these little improvements to make it more user friendly 💛💛💛

I’ve been saving with Tembo LISA for a little over a year now and recently their ISA too. Their rates have been excellent along with their updates throughout. The user interface is great and incredibly simple with easy access to all documentation, transactions and additional learning functionality.If that wasn’t enough, Tembo have also assisted me through my mortgage from start to finish and have been extremely supportive and diligent throughout. For a first time buyer ive been given comprehensive knowledge on the process (shoutout to Katelyn), checking up on my progress and answering numerous questions from my side for over a month before having my final consideration down. From the immense support from Katelyn and the final push from Abi to actively chase and respond to information, sending out my mortgage application (very fast) and handling any communication thereafter till my offer was received, i am very lucky and appreciative to have chosen Tembo and had both Katelyn and Abi’s support.

Cannot fault our experience with Tembo. The app is fantastic and such a brilliant way to help you save extra money as a first time buyer with the government bonus. They also have a brilliant interest rate compared to normal banks. The app allows you to link accounts if you are buying with somebody and easily track your money. Also has so many handy articles which really helped us during the buying process. As account holders we decided to use there mortgage advisor team which is a free service if you have a savings account. Kurt and Callum have been absolutely fantastic from the offset! They are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had as first time buyers. The team have worked swiftly with getting our application submitted and have been on hand since with any questions we have had. 100% recommend the Tembo team and app to any first time buyers

Using Tembo to help me save my deposit using the Lifetime ISA was really useful and straightforward. I set up a direct debit and it was easy to add any additional funds when available. I received regular updates of bonus deposits and accurate projections of the time frame until my deposit would be reached at the pace I was saving. This helped to motivate me and keep me on track. As a first time buyer, when it came time to withdraw my deposit, the help centre was great ti give a bit of guidance in advance. Abi was really prompt in sending over the paperwork to be completed and submitted to my Solicitor and my funds were released much quicker than I expected, which was soo helpful it enabling me to meet my completion and exchange schedule. I would recommend Tembo to savers. They even have educational online seminars for first time buyers which was also helpful to provide information to first time buyers.
