The app is clunky and difficult to use. The service is abysmal and the password reset on the account does not work. I paid via applepay and it attached a delivery address of a house that I moved out of over 3 years ago and it’s been impossible to change the address as there is no customer service. My applepay has no record of that address! I wanted next day delivery but the option was not provided. A pretty rubbish experience end to end

I use Tessuti and lot and on the whole receive a good service and very nice clobber. However, my only gripe really is that on a few occasions now I’ve placed an order for next day delivery with DPD and the order hasn’t actually arrived the next day, it’s been the day after, despite on each occasion being ordered before the advertised delivery deadline online. Fair enough the next day postage is refunded but there’s a reason you pay for it next day, because you want it to arrive that day. If you can’t fully commit to making sure the goods are delivered next day you shouldn’t advertise the fact you can if it’s ordered before 6pm for example. I’ll continue to use Tessuti it’s just a bit of a bug bearer as it’s happened on a few occasions now which is a bit frustrating

I purchased a pair of trainers from Tessuti for my sons birthday only to discover when he opened them they where completely odd trainers he was devastated really upset so I emailed Tessuti 3 days later still no reply I tweeted them on Twitter I spoke to 6 different employees still no reply after spending endless minutes inputting codes reasons and my address 😡 so after all this still no reply so then I messaged through Facebook messenger at last a reply I told them everything they emailed me a returns label which would not scan in store so I ended up paying £7 p&p at my post office once returned they said it would take up to 14 days for my refund and then they had the cheek just to offer me a 10% discount on a minimum order of £100 lol unbelievable I will never use this store again the worse online service I have ever had and as for customer service shocking.
