I am terrible for moving between to-do apps on a weekly basis. Thinking I “need” this feature or “can’t manage with” that feature. When ultimately all the features get in the way of actually doing the work. So many different ways to tag, or prioritise or time block, project vs subtask. Voice entry by Siri etc etc TeuxDeux is simple by nature and that’s why it’s so perfect. No overthinking every task, what tag, what project, what priority. Just get it on a list and do it. The someday sections allow you to keep an eye on what else you have on and beautifully you can use them however you like. A close to having an organised pen and paper system as you can get digitally. Do your big organising on a computer, then do your tasks on your phone. It gets out of the way, and my OCD mind thanks it for that.

I have ADHD and 4 children who are a mix of ADHD and ASD so life can be very hectic. My husband must be a saint 😂😂 anyway I have tried probably easily dozens of To-Do apps on App Store. Some were overly complicated, looked too busy and didn’t keep my attention. Others I did like, aimed specifically towards ADHD, wanted an absolutely ludicrous yearly subscription fee and they weren’t as good as this app. Out of them all, this is absolutely perfect. Even more so that it’s FREE unless you want to use it on the website. I have subscribed so I can use it on my iPad browser, but it’s personal choice. I’m going to recommend this to everyone and I can’t thank the developers enough. This has changed my life 🖤

This app is solely responsible for me being able to have two full time jobs and get away with it. Its simple interface involves minimal upkeep and maintenance of my to do list, and I adore the fact it rolls unfinished tasks to the next day. The other very good thing is being able to put a to do on a given day and then just not having to think about it until then. I use this app like a diary, brain dump, right arm. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that this exists (please never never discontinue it I am going to need it for the rest of my life!)

I’ve tried a dozen productivity apps over the years and I ditched them all in favour or a plain text note for simplicity - but adding recurring tasks and carrying over incomplete tasks to a new day or week was cumbersome. This app has the benefits of a powerful task manager but it is simple, intuitive, and fast. I love it. Take time to learn the shortcuts and you’ll have the fastest, cleanest to-do lists possible. My only request would be coloured highlights in the mobile version. Highly recommended app.
