Oh dear. I set the Part Arm mode just before bed every night from my iPad. Last night, after the latest app update, that is impossible as the buttons go off the screen. Rotating the iPad doesn’t fix the layout issues even though the app seems to support portrait and landscape.Similar issues on iPhone, though the initial portrait Home Screen buttons are laid out ok, switching to landscape they are gone off the bottom of the screen.Other UI issues with the Rooms tab where the horizontal section list gives no visual indication it can also be scrolled horizontally. As such, it just appears you have lost sensors and/or rooms. Please fix all the new UI layout issues.
Looks like it’s not been properly tested befor letting loose on the public

I’m an installer and always welcome change if there’s improvement, sadly this needed more refining and testing before releasing. The ipad version is an expanded version of the iphone one, the buttons are too big to use as a couple of them are off the screen on landscape and portrait. The iPhone version keeps logging me right out of the app and I have to keep inputting my email address and password before I can use - frustrating. Why can it work like a banking app and automatically log you in with facial recognition as soon as the app is opened?Technical for installers are always brilliant to resolve any issues that arise, polite and very knowledgable, however the interface that the public use is a reflection on the product and it’s not a good look at the moment.
Good, to good again, via a short dodgy refresh

Always been stable, reliable and easy to use. Refresh made it seem slower and didn’t present setting options on iPad in a way that enabled easy use. A little later and it’s fixed. All functioning well. I still don’t think a security app should ever be released and not work seamlessly. And I don’t love the ui. But it is back to the solid functionality that makes Texecom the best alarm system I’ve had and means I won’t return to Honeywell without a solid reason..
Poor. Don’t use on iPad. Biometrics login unnecessarily complicated.

EDIT: ‘Login with Biometrics’ button wasn’t obvious or didn’t show initially, took some troubleshooting. Why doesn’t the app just login using FaceID automatically when enabled.. like every other app. Unnecessary.I Suggest to stay on v2 for now. V3 still unintuitive and breaks features. Face ID auth disappeared despite release notes saying they fixed something here and setting being enabled in hard to find part of settings. UI clearly not tested on iPad (developer needs to learn to rotate to landscape mode too and test!) and will have you arming your system just trying to swipe down to read the main page! Elements are all over the place and button presses doing nothing or no pop-up error when omitting sensors from zones issue!? Needs improvement, STILL.Panel name is long cryptic name that can’t be changed and appears in notifications. App pesters you for feedback with every login.Part Arm is two words.
