I hope this message finds you well. I am a user of your ‘Text to Speech!’ app and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for your work. The app has been a great tool for me and I truly enjoy using it.

Recently, I’ve encountered an interesting issue while using the app on my iPod Touch, which is running an older, unsupported version of iOS (12.5.7). When I input certain hexadecimal strings into the app, it seems to crash before it can finish reading them out. I’ve tested this with multiple strings and noticed that the app tends to crash after reading a certain number of characters.

I understand that maintaining compatibility with older versions of iOS can be challenging, and I wanted to share this feedback in case it might be helpful for you. Despite this minor issue, I want to assure you that I remain a big fan of your app and will continue to use it.

I have recently lost my voice for no apparent reason, I thought I would try a text to speech app, I tried a couple but I found this app to be the best of them, one even had adverts breaking into my phone call whilst it was playing my text AT THE SAME TIME. So I quickly uninstalled that. But this app is very easy to use and I paid for the advertisement free version mainly because whilst learning how to use the app, there were no ads popping up unlike some of the others. At less than a fiver it’s good value. I have even typed in my symptoms just as I would have spoken them to play to the doctor. Would definitely recommend this app.

I’m autistic and semi-verbal, and this is very useful for me when I need to communicate but I’m exhausted from speaking during the day. It’s easy to save sentences for later and the voice controls are pretty easy to mess around with, although I just stick with the default. My only issue is that I find that if I use the search feature for my starred sentences, the voice doesn’t work. It’s not a huge problem right now because I don’t have many starred sentences and I’m a relatively fast typer, but I can see it being a problem for many other people who can’t type as quickly as I can. It’s still my favourite app to use as AAC, but I hope this bug gets fixed.
