Scrap v3.0 of this app
This version of this app is such a nuisance. It does not integrate with previous version. And if you have any purchases done on previous app version, nowhere can they be found in the new app. There is no option to delete your purchase history. There is no direct access to any of your fav cinemas by tapping on the favourite list, you still need to go to the location menu to access your cinema of choice. All in all, the previous version makes booking more accessible. Unfortunately I still have to give it a single star to submit this review. Even the single star is undeserved.
Terrible update
To be fair, the TGV app was never great. I never actually bothered to buy tickets with it, because it was so painful getting even part way. It was also quite bad in terms of navigation and remembering where you had been. However, the new update has left it so when I tap, it shuts down. Sweet compulsory update, guys.
Bring back the previous version
Honestly the current version of the app is terrible. Too much emphasis on an "attractive design" but reduces the ease of use and user friendliness. App is also slower than the previous version.
I wish I could rate this negative, as it is a downgrade no improvement whatsoever.
