Terrible. Appalling. Doesn't even work!
Installed then set up as normal. Try to login. Login failed. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Still the same. Can't even get into the account. Waste of time. And the operators on the phone can do nothing but pass it on to the operations team who are only there 9-5 mon-Friday. They never get back in touch and certainly haven't sorted the problem. If I didn't need the account as much as I do I'd have terminated the account. 😡
Takes over 15 attempts to log in every time I want to access my account. Constantly shows ‘login failed’ despite information being correct. Transferring funds takes around 3-5mins per transaction and if phone freezes or locks will cancel whole transaction but sometimes still sends funds so must check the next day before retrying to make sure you don’t send twice.
Worst bank ever! And app doesn’t work!
The app has not worked in over a year making it an absolute pain to keep an eye on your account! Reported it to the bank many times and nothing! Worst bank ever for reasons other than they’re app which isn’t fit for purpose. My advice would be AVOID!!
