A must have app for anyone who anyone who enjoys healthy and delicious food!

I’ve followed Dr Rupy on Instagram for ages and was NOT disappointed by this amazing app. It’s chocked full of amazing content and loads and loads of delicious looking recipes to help me stay on track with all my health and wellness goals for 2022. It has some amazing features like a VERY extensive list of ingredients where you can flag allergens and dislikes and then the app only shows you recipes that suit your tastes, or you can choose to see them all as each recipe has a section that shows great substitution ideas (ie leak for onion, cabbage for sprouts etc). In my opinion the best bit is that you can scale each recipe based on how many people you’re cooking for and it will automatically change the quantities to suit. I have a busy household and often entertain so this takes away all the guesswork and makes it so easy to adapt my recipes. So good, especially for the mathematically challenged like me!
I urge everyone to download this app! I can’t wait to start cooking!!

Great recipes make healthy eating easier

I am loving using this app. I was uncertain to begin with as it is expensive compared with cookery books however I am using this regularly, often several times a week, whereas my recipe books stay untouched for months on end. I have greatly increased the range of spices, herbs etc I use and they are being used instead of sitting in the cupboard and going stale. Recipes are easy to find, easy to follow and easy to shop for. I do find I usually take longer in preparation than it suggests but I’m sure I will speed up with familiarity. Most importantly I have found lots of recipes we enjoy eating and only one we don’t. I recently managed to reverse type 2 diabetes and this is helping me maintain healthy eating. I’m looking forward to trying lots more of these recipes.

This is the only app I pay for, and it’s worth every penny. Cooking real food really does save you money, and the substitution suggestions help too.
The best feature money-saving feature imo is the Search facility - I just look in the fridge, see what needs using up, and tap that in; an amazing recipe has always popped up!
Cooking from The Doctor’s Kitchen recipes has led me to eat (and love!) new foods, and variety is everything for health. Be adventurous; your taste buds really DO learn and change your perception about what tastes good.
The huge range of recipes list a lot of ‘new to me’ flavourings, especially herbs, spices, and pastes but you can build these up over time. Same with the nuts, seeds and pulses - a little goes a long way.
Don’t let anyone ever tell you that life is too short to make your own granola - Dr.R’s High Protein Granola was a revelation to me!
I’ve been following this way of eating for 5/6 days out of 7, for the last 10 months (and listening the podcasts) and I feel amazing - my skin, nails and hair are in the best condition ever, great digestion, I have plenty of energy, and feel excited about life every day.
