Great app and easy to use

I have used Emirates on numerous occasions and even though the early versions of this app for a bit temperamental the new version I found to be quick and easy to use. I have most of my details already on the app so all I had to do was confirm I have now prohibited items in my package and choose my seat absolutely brilliant. Emirates have always been absolutely superb airline and I have enjoyed every trip without a single hassle keep up the good work.

Great App, only one small annoyance

On my iPad, the App opening screen is in landscape mode and then flips to portrait mode in Search for Flights. As I normally use an attached landscape keyboard, I find it difficult to type in details when making a booking.
Is there an iPad version which works in landscape view, or have I missed something in my settings?
Otherwise, the App functions perfectly for me.

Good but not perfect

This is a good, easy to navigate app, simplifying the check-in process.
Two issues: I have never found my nationality (UK BRITISH) inter ‘T’ before.

The main issue I’ve had is that my son has a new passport for this trip and the passport office add remaining months from previous passport onto the new. This app only allows for a child’s passport to be valid up to the date five years from check-in. As a result his passport year of expiration has been entered incorrectly to allow check in. This is an oversight in need of urgent repair.
