Very easy to use

Colourful and easy to use. I like being able to see how many points I’ve ‘earned’ but I’d like to be able to see the menu in advance. Also ‘pay in store’ might be better named ‘pay at bar’ maybe? Still love the Font though. Always great food

Just Different Gravy ,

Overly complicated & fails often.

There’s no way this overall rating is genuine.

The app has a payment system that’s plain stupid. You pay using app credit but then have to pay seperate for discretionary service charge which can’t be removed so it’s compulsory and then an app fee. And what service are we paying for? Your staff don’t have to take the order, that’s half the work gone and you walk a tray of drinks 5 yards - how does that merit £3 and 25p for using the app to do half the work of the ordering? You have the option to use Apple Pay but that doesn’t work so you pay by card but then it freezes. Then you have to order at the bar while the app times out and cancels your failed order. It’s taken five minutes and a trip to the bar to get an order.

If it did work you order from your table number, which if you have to go to the bar is a different table number. Obviously the developer didn’t has never been to a bar and seen how it works on other apps.

The staff acknowledge that the app is poor, so how have you gotten a 4.6 rating? I can only assume a previous version actually worked.

I’ve had girlfriends that were less complicated than your app.

User friendly and great rewards!

Having the Font App really helps in enabling us to get out - with or without the kids. The credit is really good value and it’s an easy app to use. Sometimes the app stops working when I go to pay but the staff know this can happen and are patient. I can usually get back on and pay fine if I switch my phone off and on.
