Description
The Globe & Laurel Magazine is the Journal of the Royal Marines and provides information and updates on the Corps' activity across the globe, Corps Sport, Reunions and RMA-The Royal Marines Charity events. The G&L Digital Edition offers additional imagery over the paper version, links to RM related videos; when available, web links to Units and RM Charities and information on Unit Command and Senior Appointments. The Corps Reference pages are published periodically and are particularly helpful giving historic and heraldic information as well as further links to our websites and social media pages.
You may also subscribe using the following auto-renewing subscriptions:
- 1 issue/2 months (£2.49)
- 1 year/6 issues (£13.49) £2.25 each
The subscription will include the current issue if you do not already own it, and subsequently published future issues.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of renewal - 1 issue/2 months £2.49 - 1year/6 issues £13.49
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Globe & Laurel on IPad
After enjoying the Globe & Laurel magazine in hard copy for a number of years, I am delighted that I am now able to follow the exploits of the Royal Marines through an intuitive App on my electronic device.
In my opinion, not all magazines transpose well to a modern, electronic version, however I must congratulate the design team responsible for the concept and transition behind this successful move. Through obvious careful planning and research, the electronic magazine clearly retains all the quality and executive status enjoyed by the printed copy ensuring the future success of what is to me and so many others, an essential and historical keepsake.
Thank you to all involved for your commitment in making our famous magazine available across the world.
Fantastic user friendly App on the IPad
Experienced a couple of editions viewed on the IPad. Easy to navigate with a fantastic amount of images and information on the Corps and wider family. A great way to keep a constant watch on Corps activities with some super historical articles thrown in for good measure.
Hoofing read every time !
I love my Globe and laurel staff , the Royal Marines have been doing and gain advice from just an interested person , a potential recruit , all the commando’s across the globe including former Royal Marines and fantastic persons working or attached to the corps , the future and beyond .
