The Guillemot Kitchen Café Winebar and The Guillemot Deli, nest nicely beside one another in Bangor’s, beautiful historic Pier Quarter.
Established in 2014 by Rachel and her Father in law Ashley, The Guillemot brand has gone from strength to strength and is now a buzzing hub of activity in the once derelict part of town.

The idea was to open a café that was Kind to the Planet, a Committed Member of the Local Community and serve fantastic food and coffee and now we can safely say we are doing just that. We have made massive efforts to incorporate a Zero Waste policy where possible and have introduced a chance for shoppers to do their bit with a huge range of Eco Friendly products in the deli.

We have reached out to the locals, who have welcomed us in, with a popular book club, cheese and wine evenings, art events with local artists, and with our lively Tapas nights we have truly embedded ourselves into the heart of the community. As for the food, we are proud to cook food we love, using the best quality ingredients from our very own local producers to create delicious and innovative menus. Our incredible team make sure you have an experience from start to finish.

The cosy, quirky interior, the music filled air and the aromas of delicious food and coffee, make both The Guillemot establishments places to truly relax and unwind. So, whatever your needs, a quiet breakfast after the manic school run, family brunch bringing everyone together or a quick lunch to go to satisfy a rumbling tum, we promise to deliver!!
The Guillemot Kitchen Café Winebar opens everyday from 9am until 5pm offering Breakfast, brunch and if you fancy a boozy lunch we are fully licensed.

The Guillemot Deli opens everyday 9am until 5pm serving undoubtedly the best scones in town, hearty breakfasts and lunches with an online ordering and collection service available on our app. Our Cheese counter offers an expertly curated selection of locally and internationally renowned cheeses and the shop shelves are bursting with unique and exciting treats, eco conscious home care products and a beautiful range of natural, environmentally friendly skincare.
