The Happy Child-Parenting App 4+

This app is a must for anyone who is struggling with themselves, their partners or kids.
The content is really broken down to help understand and made clear.
The little quiz after each section is a good way to know if you have learnt from what you listened to or read. It’s a very easy to use app and am keen to move through the content without it feeling like ‘I have to do this’ or it’s a chore. It’s quite interesting actually!
It’s making me better understand and reflect on my own situations and feelings and somehow making sense of it all whilst I go through the sections in this App. It’s helped me more than my therapist!

This is a priceless find. I have 4 children who are all dealing with their own things at their various stages. These daily snippets of reasonable and down to earth advice are a manageable way to be feeding my mind material that will help me to help them rather than hinder them. As it goes along it reinforces past lessons while adding new information too. It’s tempting to work through the lessons super fast but taking the time to chew over the bite size chunks is a perfect way to begin to put it into practice as you go. And what’s more, the app is entirely free. Incredible and so so appreciated. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE this app. The lessons are so simple and so quick and to the point but contain absolute golden nuggets of insight and advice into how to behave with your kids/partner for successful, loving, growing relationships. A lot of the insights are very surprising (but all backed up by science and all make sense) and I have learned I have been doing some things wrong, despite thinking I was mostly a good parent. I recommend this app to EVERYONE. The lessons are well written with great questions so you consolidate the learning immediately. The Human Improvement Project is a really fine, philanthropic ideal.
