Bought from this place a few weeks ago and more and my order placed was never delivered. They have no contact number so you can’t contact them at all. Tried to ask where my order was via some unprofessional chat on their app and they blamed it on me saying I have picked it up and I told the driver I have received it? What nonsense, I never received my order, then they double checked and realised that I had never gotten it. Someone called me (“manager”) of the place and asked me if I wanted it or not and I said no I want to cancel. I asked if I would get a refund and the person on the chat said yes between 7-10 days. It has been over three weeks now and till date I have not received my money back and minimum spend is £10/£11 for free delivery. SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY.

The food was great but the app only seems to have limited items compared to watch was shown on their Instagram. 90% of the items all include Nutella which is a shame especially the cookie items as I am allergic to hazelnut.
The thing I was most annoyed with was when we ordered we accidentally put the wrong house number but there weren’t any phone number to contact, the live chat no body responded and neither did anyone else so we had to drive to the wrong address and sit outside of the location to wait for the food.
