Mindfulness - unexpectedly good!

My thoughts are all over the place so I wasn’t expecting to be able to meditate with this app.
I was surprised to find that it did enable me to take a little time out and to relax and be in the moment for a while. I really like being able to choose a background sound during the guided meditation, I love the sound of rain.
I also enjoyed the little one-sentence notes it sends me each day which make me pause for a moment and think.

Wonderful selection of meditations, better indexing features needed

This app has featured some of the great meditation Masters of the Western world. I love Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzberg, Catherine Polarn-Ozarch. I like the way that the meditations are favoured by liking them and then accessed easily, in alphabetical order. I would like to see some Eastern Masters on here like Thich Nhat Hahn. Also I’d like to be able to group my favourite meditations easily by category, for example compassion faves. And I would like to access meditation courses that I have already stated more easily. At the moment these are nowhere to be found, once I have started my course. I would expect them to be on my Home Screen, because it is work in progress. Thanks!

Amazing. Highly recommend!

This is great for free in my opinion, I’m still on the starter thing, but I’ve been browsing through the content and I’m impressed how much of it is free! It is also very calming and helps me get in touch with myself even when I’m so stressed and it makes me feel motivated, happier, more present and (most importantly) less tired 😴. Through this pandemic I think it’s important to look after yourself as much as needed (and possible) this could be just what you needed it’s really helped me so far! I would rate 5 star 💫 but the subscription part is the only bad factor, though I wish I could give it 5 stars as it’s really good 😌Have a nice day.
