How to get to your tickets

If you have bought your tickets through a provider other than O2 or AXS it will not be obvious how to log in to see your tickets. None of the videos or FAQs in the app will tell you this. I will tell you now.

You need to register with both the O2 venue app AND the AXS app using the same email address too used for the ticket provider you bought the tickets from.

Log into the O2 venue app, after you’ve done all the verifying. Go to ‘access your tickets’ at this point it will take you to another log in screen and it won’t be obvious but this is now actually the AXS portal. So you now use the credentials you used for registering with the AXS app. Then you should be able to log in.

If you need to reset your password for O2 go to the menu in the O2 app and log out, close the app down completely and reopen from the App Store, then it takes you to the original log in screen and you can do ‘forgotten password’ there and you will get an email to reset. You will never get an email from the log in menu that appears at the ‘access your tickets’ screen. If you need to reset your AXS password don’t try it here, it won’t work, got to the AXS app.

Good luck. This was a horrendous experience and I’m just praying my tickets do appear with enough time for me to successfully transfer them as I bought them as a gift!

Rubbish!

As with 99% of all other comments on here- the app doesn’t even allow you to sign in with the email address that you bought the tickets with!! I have a confirmation email to the ACTUAL email address I booked and bought the tickets with yet the app doesn’t recognise it! Crazy! As with other users there’s a rigamarole of having to create O2 account and then links to creating an AXS account and even after doing all of this no tickets appear and tapping on “access your tickets “ in the app still doesn’t recognise your email address !!!! Grrrr! How frustrating for non savvy phone users or just simply trusting customers who have paid good money to attend your venue!!! Very poor performance app. People do not want to worry about tickets being uploaded only days before the event! And some folk may not even have a driving licence or passport that has to be used as last resort for proof of identity for entry with the ticket confirmation sent to the correct email address in the first sodding place !!! Goodness sake, allow a paper ticket to be printed off!!!!

Worst App I have ever had the misfortune to use

Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster for Rod Stewart . I had no choice but to use the O2 app as my delivery method. 48 hours to go to the gig. Ticketmaster state my tickets are on the App. They are not. I am using the correct email address ,which is the same as my O2 app . I have twice emailed O2 . Don’t worry the tickets will appear before the concert was my only help!
I have reinstalled the App, done a password reset and everything else the FAQ ask me to do . Still no tickets. This is the second time I have used the App, second time problems, problems. I now face the prospect of taking my passport, two printed emails to the box office on Tuesday night, to queue up for ages to try and get my tickets. So that’s progress for you. I know 02 don’t really care so i don’t know even if this review will be published. I have used the Ticket master App on numerous occasions. It works perfectly! Oh and the 02 app won’t even let you save your tickets to your wallet if you are lucky enough to have them on your phone.
