Can’t download since latest ‘update’

I love my People’s Friend but ...
Why, why, why, does this same problem keep recurring?
After this week’s update I can once again neither access my older downloads nor download this week’s magazine.

‘If it ain’t broke - don’t fix it!’

Or if determined to make a change, test it before sending it live - basic stuff here!

Why can’t I read issues that I’ve paid for

I cancelled my subscription to People’s Friend but surely I should still be able to read the issues that I’ve paid for. All the issues that I paid for are downloaded but it won’t let me read them. This can’t be right!
I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for the above problem!

Just purchased an edition of the people’s friend and yet again I can not open anything. I thought this problem would have been fixed by now!
