Could be more user friendly
While it has the information unfortunately it’s all text and you have to keep going back to see the next exercise and read about it before you can do it , so it makes the process tedious and breaks the continuity of the workout. Also for people who are new to exercise this is probably not the app as it doesn’t have that many pictures and reliesof reading and understanding. Could be better with more pictures / videos
