Ratings and Reviews
Could be a great wee app
This is a lovely looking app, with fabulous potential, and I am really enjoying using it to build up my recipe collection.
However, a few wee gripes. Firstly, most of the instant imports don't work and you have to do them manually. This is not a massive problem as manual import is nearly as quick and easy, but it's a tad disappointing when the app is supposed to have this feature. Secondly, there is not as much support for the UK user - there is a feeling that this is very much an American app. For example, all the recipes you start with are in US measurements only. Thirdly, and this is related to the second point, there is no means of converting quantities and temperatures instantly to your chosen setting. This would be a particular advantage due to the huge use of Internet recipes, many of which are from the US or other countries.
Those are nitpicks though. Please keep working to improve this app - I have a feeling it's going to just keep on getting better!
Confused
Pse help‼️the app froze a couple of times so I deleted it having backed it up and now all my recipes have gone and I can’t retrieve them. iTunes doesn’t work with my iPad and I tried through the cloud like you said but that didn’t work either as my tablet has different subsections to yours in settings. I have a newly reconditioned iPad air2. I adore this app and I’m never with out it. I depend on it for my job too as I am a care worker and cook meals for the elderly.
Ipad version returns!
Glad that the latest version works completely on the iPad including printing. No longer need to use the phone version to print. Think the backup instructions need updating for those people who only have an iPad.
