Hopeless new app

I do not have time to faff around trying to access the paper. Impossible to return to the copy as there is no link. It gives you yesterdays copy and after 30 minutes I am still trying to find today’s copy. I will have to cancel my subscription that is if I can access the page! Why was the App changed? I gave it one star but it does not warrant any stars! PFSince I wrote the first review I am very pleased with how it has improved and I cannot fault the App at the time of writing this. Very pleased with the outcome. PF

Looks brighter now with increased use of colour. Layout seems to work - apart from letters page which, having read the first page, one has to hunt through the paper to find the remainder of the letter one was reading. Surely it could be brought forward a page and given double spread pages, as before. Wouldn’t impact on the rest of the layout.

Fussy auld pensioner
Day 2 off App bought and paid subscription . Surprise Surprise. Won’t download today’s edition. App developers get your act together . All we want is something that actually works . I may get my money back I sent email to them jpl so we’ll see . Love my time being wasted . NOT !

Piss-poor app. Does it's job OK when it works, but every time Apple upgrades its system, it locks you out. You have to phone "Subscriptions " to ask them to unlock it. Speak to a toneless automaton of a woman whose "name?, postcode?, address?, that's it now!" is obviously intended to be acceptable. On discussion, she said that I should be speaking to Apple about the problem. Does everyone of my apps fail with an upgrade? No. if she can unlock and reset the access in one second, why is that not automatic?
