I really love this app but the coming ‘soon’ themes are taking a long time! They all sounds great it would just be cool to access a few more of them
Really helped with my anxiety
I’m not why this app does not have a higher rating because it has personally helped me so much! The breathing excersises have helped me the most and the most recent update has added more audios which honestly have been so helpful. I usually find it incredibly hard to get out of a panic attack/ cycle but these audios have made a huge improvement in my life. I recommend this app to anyone suffering with anxiety, it has a varied amount of specification for the type of anxiety which you may experience which is what impressed the most, I was able to find specialised help for my issues that do not fall under typical generalised ideas of anxiety.
Have I just paid for a load of quotes that frankly, always pop up on facebook anyway? They have lots of category’s but most of them are saying ‘coming soon’ so I presume they aren’t available for the money I have already spent. This should be clearly stated before hitting the buy app option. It’s a real shame because it looked great. I’m not sure how ‘quotes’ are meant to get to the route of the problem....

This will let help you get the most out of Thinkladder. The 'Coming Soon' themes will be provided to you at no extra cost. We have a team of therapists writing more content, which will be released theme by theme.
