I downloaded the app as soon as it came out. After adding my measurments I was told my bodyshape and what styles would suit me best. I have found it helpful to know what to look out for when I'm shopping and to have that info with me on my phone. There is also a section on what to avoid! I had a couple of questions and customer service were very helpful and responsive. They let me know that more information is being added all the time as well as detailed information on styles and details which will flatter my shape the best. There is so much choice now when I'm shopping and I think this information will help me make better choices, so I can buy better and make less mistakes

Worth it

I am really enjoying this, and using it to help me edit my wardrobe down as I have too many clothes I never wear and I want everything in there are things that suit me and I will actually enjoy wearing. It asks you to take various measurements of your body but the videos and instructions are very clear and it didn’t ask for my weight or make me feel uncomfortable in any way, which I was a worried about. It looks like a ton of work has gone into it and I imagine I’ll keep using it for a few years to come so it’s definitely worth the £35 for all the extra info you get. Although you get a ton of info for free too.

Disappointing

I can’t believe how little you get for your money. I bought this in good faith after a recommendation from Anna Murphy in the Times and the total advice amounts to about 2 pages of a decent magazine article. And much of what Trinny and Suzanna were saying 20 years ago.
I imagined I was buying personalised advice - albeit generalised to my type - that would come with a big catalogue of photos and ideas to suit each of the body shapes, occasions, moods, sizes and also show some recognition of different style preferences. This app barely scratches the surface.
The clothes and style suggestions for my body shape are horrible, and with only three ideas to come away with, with I am wondering what I’ve paid for, except lots of their celebratory lunches I can see on their IG site.
This app is just not ready to launch. It is wafer thin and a bit unfair to promise so much and underdeliver. They say they are adding more images but it should be a finished product. There should be at least 20 different outfits modelled on a range of sizes for each body type - as a minimum.
Save your money and buy a book or something.
I had set aside a day off to have fun with this and the whole experience lasted about an hour and left me feeling deflated and totally uninspired.
It’s all hype.

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry for the very late response. I’m afraid I was seriously ill in hospital in January and only just returning to work. I am not saying this to make you feel bad just to explain the extreme lateness of my response.
I am really sorry that you were disappointed. At this point what the app offers is an explanation of your dominant body shape ( which most women don’t know and it can also change through life!) along with identifying and helping you with all your body proportions. The intention being to help women understand everything about their unique body . No other app does this and books on the subject can be confusing and are not personalised.
We started with the 9 goddess shapes and each has a model and 4 good outfits and 2 not so good ones. I tried to ensure that in this first stage I was explaining what to wear for your shape, with an accessible set of looks and why it works. I agree it would be great to have loads more outfits, styles and lots more models. As a start up this just wasn’t possible at this point. Your feedback is valuable to me, if painful to read.
