Being a Communi Qi member makes it easy to practice everyday.

Move at your own pace. Routines are suitable for absolute beginners and those who have practiced Qigong before. Many members have practiced in the past, or are taking a Qigong or Tai Chi class currently, and use the Communi Qi videos “in between classes.”

Qigong uses deep breathing, strengthening and stretching with slow gentle movements that are easy on the body. It’s like a moving meditation.

Qigong is based on the ancient concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine and can help:
• Increase energy
• Calm the mind
• Improve digestion, sleep, and immunity
• Reduce stress, tension and anxiety
• Cultivate a feeling of calm, clarity and vitality

Qigong (qi gong, chi kung, or Ki gou) is an ancient Chinese exercise and mindfulness practice that looks similar to Tai Chi, but is easier to learn and practice. While Tai Chi was originally a martial art, Qigong was developed to improve health and vitality.

Qigong is an element of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is used to move and build “Qi” or energy in the body. When Qi is stagnant or deficient, there may be pain, fatigue or tension. When Qi is moving freely throughout the muscles, joints, organs and meridians you will feel healthy, vibrant and youthful.

A dream

Update 27th July. What a difference in my life since I started learning and training with Jeff! Cannot thank him enough.

Update on Friday 10th July 2020.

There was a technical problem with the app so it would not open. I emailed support and received the fastest response I have ever had from any support team- bravo!

In less than three hours the problem was solved. And they emailed to let me know it was functioning fully again.

Good to know that the quality of the content is matched by the support.

Technically the app functions perfectly.

As for the content, it is stunning.

I have learned so much in the short time since I joined Jeff’s community. There is a fantastic variety of sessions to suit all needs along with very informative monthly chat sessions on various subjects.

Jeff is very knowledgable and has a gentle sense of humour . He has non of the pretentiousness of some practitioners. His pacing of the sessions is spot on and he has a warm and encouraging voice. He records in some wonderful locations that add to the richness of the experience.

I have been unable to attend my regular classes in the UK during lockdown so this app has been a life saver- both for my mental well being and helping me recover from an injury.

The annual fee is the best money I have spent in a long time!

I'm doing a number of things to support my health, so I signed up to see if Qigong could add anything of value. Apart from bring amazingly effective at reducing the number and severity of my migraines (after 30 years I'd almost given up finding anything that helped), it's also become one of my favourite morning routines because it's so enjoyable. The app is easy to navigate and i quickly established a consistent practice (no small feat for someone who is easily distracted). Not only are the routines helping ground me, but Jeff's explanations of the philosophy behind Chinese medicine has been invaluable in helping me recognise small changes in my body so that I can 'correct' imbalances before they become 'full blown'. My Liver and Kidney meridians thank you too. I don't often write reviews, but this app really deserves the effort. Thank you Jeff!

What a find!

I’ve checked out various QiGong apps and this is without doubt the best I’ve come across. There are so many reasons why......the excellent sound and video quality, the beautiful backdrops and more importantly the amazing choice of routines...long, short, routines focussing on different parts of the body and different emotional states. Subscribers’ questions will receive a personal and supportive response from Jeff and there’s a forum where you can communicate with other subscribers and share experiences.

Also for anyone looking for a practice which blends in well with a meditation practice, this is just the thing!

Altogether fantastic!
