Basic cut-down version of desktop software

I'm looking for a decent GTD iPhone app, so took the risk and paid upfront for Thinking Rock so I could try it out.

The iPhone app is really bare-bones and a "client" of the desktop app, in comparison to other GTD apps like LifeBalance and Omnifocus which you can use standalone. All you can do is enter new "thoughts", and view your prioritised tasks - but one does not lead to the other! The actual processing, prioritisation, editing and moving projects and tasks, etc can only be done on the desktop app, which you need to sync to before and after.

As such, it's very disappointing. If you're already a Thinking Rock desktop user, this might fulfill a need to have SOMETHING on your iPhone, but it can't be used at all by itself, and is really just a digital version of a notepad and printout from the desktop app.

Needs upgrading already

After installing this application, it crashed after the second button I pressed. I have been unable to restart the application since then. There seems to be no support files, manual on their website for the application and no instruction as to how to sync the application, what it syncs with or anything. A little help would be useful. Perhaps when the problems are ironed out and there is some useful information out there on how to use the app it may be worth buying. Not worth the 3.49 as it currently is.

Very basic

I'm very disappointed with this app. It's only real use is collecting thoughts. Processing, seeing them by context, organising or marking as done is not possible.
As it stands, I get very little value from it as it's far too basic. It doesn't have to be feature packed, but would love to be able to use it as a mini-thinkingrock when away from the computer.
