And you can manage it right here on your phone with the all new thinkmoney app.
Use it to check your balance and transactions, see what payments are due for the next 3 months, take action if you’re short for an important payment, send money in seconds, lock your card while you look for it, and so much more.
To add extra security, you need to have facial recognition, a fingerprint, or a passcode set up on your device. If you don’t have security on your device, you’ll see the following message:
‘This application does not run on a device that is jailbroken or does not have a passcode set’
If something doesn’t look right, let us know using the feedback tool in the app. Your feedback will help us make the best banking app out there!

Many things are an improvement over the old app however I don’t like that after you’ve logged into the app you stay logged in until your phone is next switched off and there seems to be no other way of logging out. It feels unsecured, and ultimately a hassle to keep on turning on and off phone. Plus what if you forget. If they sorted this then it would be five stars.

Based on suggestions we've now added a dedicated log out button to the more section of the app. Please keep us update on how you're getting on. All feedback is useful and appreciated.
Simple, clear and easy to use!
This app is much better than the old app; in comparison, this new app is quick, easy and painless to both setup and use. The Touch ID is most welcomed, as I’ve been waiting for this feature for a while!
The app’s transactions list is much more detailed and is very helpful in showing what and when my last transaction took place. The app nicely shows me what I have on my card to spend on, and what’s left over in my account to spend on my bills in a clear and easy way! I can just swipe between my account and card just to see what’s going on between them.
An even more welcome addition, I can finally add new payees to my account! So I don’t have to log in to my account online or phone thinkmoney, I can do all through the app!
If this is the first release of thinkmoney’s new app, then I cannot wait to see what other features they’ll bring to their future releases!

Opened an account and 2 days later the app keeps taking me to the register screen even though I’ve already registered on the new app. Says I have been blocked for entering my pin wrong and when I call them the staff have absolutely NO valid reason as to why my account is inaccessible. It’s been 2 days and no explanation, I only had £200 sent to the account, luckily it wasn’t more. £150 took over 24 hours to be received and even when it did land in my account the app was malfunctioning. Think money staff continuously say they will call me to update me on the issue however it doesn’t change the fact that my money in unacceptable. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BANK DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! STAFF ARE TERRIBLE ALWAYS SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK!!
