The thirsti Puck works out when you're going to become dehydrated and then stops it from happening by reminding you to drink. The thirsti app pairs with the the Puck, a device which goes into your water bottle, tracks how much you have drunk and then reminds you to drink when you forget.

The app, when connected up to a Puck, allows it's users to track their water intake and reminds users to drink when they forget. You can connect multiple bottles and Pucks to one app. It tells you your water temperature, the pucks location and battery percentage. You can even view you hydration history through the elegant history circles. Enjoy fun and friendly reminders throughout the day, gently keeping you on track to stay hydrated.

For best performance, keep the app running in the background and your Bluetooth on!

Over 99% of people do not drink the recommended amount of water that they should, meaning most of us are chronically dehydrated. Dehydration can lead to a loss of physical performance, cognitive performance, fatigue and even weight gain.

Avoid dehydration, feel more alert and help to reduce weight gain by drinking more water. The Puck creates a personalised hydration target and helps you reach it by gently reminding you to drink throughout the day.

Great..... but...

I love it, makes me drink water exactly what I wanted. However, 2 gripes, 1st is I have to go through tutorial every time I open the app. 2nd is I wish it would talk to other apps (my fitness pal, Garmin and Apple health), they track water intake too

I like the concept, but the way the app and the puck interface is still a little clunky. You need to be patient for the puck to flash when you fill your water bottle up and even then sometimes the running total of water you’ve drank - the large % in the middle of the main screen - gets stuck on 0 (although the sometimes the other totals will update). You also cannot look back in detail at previous day’s results. App needs more work before this will catch on.
