THORWallet: DeFi Crypto Wallet 4+

Great app and team,

My wallet and the savers vault broke last week, this to be fair was due to 3rd party API, which has taken a week to flow through the App Store as a fix, initially I was sceptical of this wallet as I have many and this is the only one I have had any issue with. Having said that the information and the ability to get at my funds if I’d needed too was clear and a beta version of the app available if I needed too. I think this app has great potential, the team seem help-full and knowledgeable and I’ve no doubt this will become one of the best.

The only issues is the support mechanism through telegram, people have to be careful as their are a number of spam and scam accounts on there who DM you trying to con you out of your crypto, nature of a telegram group unfortunately, so an area of improvement as this grows, but as long as you block the scammers, the team and group of users are very helpful and behind the wallet and the direction of travel. which is great as for me crypto is all about decentralisation, the movement and the bringing people together to complete with the institutional fiat way, Thanks

Please be advised that we are non-custodial and you can always export your private key to another wallet to access your funds.

We are experiencing a lot of growth which is why we experience sometimes technical issues to upgrade our infrastructure.

ALWAYS transaction issues

Dunno what that is but EVERY SINGLE TIME when the price pumps a little and I try to withdraw my staked funds - it shows some kind of an error and won’t let me withdraw. That’s every single time, honestly.

At the Telegram group the excuse always is - “an issue with our partners’ API” or of such sort… well, change your partners finally if they make your service that you worked so hard for - unreliable.

I don’t even expect you to fix that anymore as this has been an issue since the start of the app but you can’t just lock peoples’ funds and expect them to be loyal.

This is very unfortunate but the staking withdrawals simply needed a top up from the treasury since so many people wanted to take profit after our token increased 120%.

It took us around 3h to move funds from the treasury to the staking contract (on a Sunday).
