No Data Usage check
Try as hard as I can, I can find no way of checking how much data I’ve used with a data only sim on a tablet, if I log in from a PC or other device, despite My3 saying the app is the way to do this. I could check it without any problems on the old app. Please fix it. Also, it fails to recognise if I have automatic top up already set up, and keeps suggesting I set another one up??? Please fix this too.
Really Behind - Disappointing!
Have only just moved over to three because the sim only deals are so good but when you use the app, you feel like you’re with a telecoms company from the stone ages!
I have to enter THREE (no pun intended), separate pieces of information: phone number, email and password EVERY TIME I want to use the app!! Face ID?? A passcode perhaps?? How is it possible that a phone network provider which sells deals on the LATEST smartphones doesn’t have this technology to log in?! Very very frustrating and unexplainable....surely an easy fix?!
Had a message a couple of days ago to say app was being updated so got excited about being able to log in using the most up to date methods...but still no!! Come on Three, move with the times!!! You’re such a good provider, yet a simple thing like this makes you look amateur and totally unaware of the time’s we now live in! Please sort!!

Sorry to hear this! Please can you try and download the latest app version as we now have biometric log in enabled and you can use Face id.
Many issues but like the app
When you complete the box to have the chat transcript email to yourself it never comes if you hit hide and go and do anything else on the phone you lose the chat connection it’s best to use the line at the bottom on the iPhone and swipe to another app that we remain connected but this isn’t made clear
When you request the transcript be emailed to you at close of chat it fails to email the transcript.
Why on earth dies the app not use face log in ?
