Not at all happy

I am extremely stressed and upset with three customer service as I have been contacting them for the past 8 months as my Three plus rewards app is not working ,every time I speak to them they assure me with the kind words and make me happy that it will be done but however nothing has been done till date .I have tried other devices to log in and it’s asking to register but says later that can’t register after putting the details in ..even spoke in store that say to call customer care and they can’t do anything ..

That's not good! To register for a Three+ account, you'll need to enter your phone number and then choose a unique password. This must be different to the one for your My3 account. 3SOME!

I haven’t always been with 3 as we all know a few frogs were kissed on the way! but I am more than happy with the contract and service provided by 3 and not just as a mobile phone company.
I recently had an issue with my phone ( not provided by 3) and visited the Lincoln branch , the lady who dealt with my problem wasn’t just doing her job she took the time to fix it and walked me through the process ( as a bit of a Luddite I couldn’t figure it out) she was very kind and knowledgeable. So many thanks 3.

Discrimination by three

Would have been zero stars if I was able to give zero stars.

I have been inundated with messages etc from three to setup a three rewards account but even though I pay three my money every month I am not allowed three rewards as I’m a broadband customer. This is entirely unfair especially as others who are pay as you go who pay less than what you get off me are entitled to your rewards. Also you told me that rewards are based upon how much you spend with three so according to your own policy as I spend a substantial amount of my earnings with you I am entitled to substantial rewards that I then am not allowed access to. This is discriminatory and I want this rectified for all three broadband customers who give you their hard earned money every month.

That's not how we'd like you to feel. We at Three always believe in being transparent with all our dealings. We’re working on making Three+ available to our Home Broadband, Mobile Broadband customers soon. We don’t have a date right now, but be rest assured we’ll inform you when this is available - Salman
